Welcome to the 'Holiday Rentals In the Sun' website.

As a relatively new website, we hope to offer a variety of affordable but high-quality properties for rental - from studio apartments to villas, from sunny destinations to ski resorts.

Currently we have properties in Spain, Bulgaria and the USA. In Spain there's an attractive apartment in Calpe, north of Alicante and a Spanish style villa near Torrevieja.   A third property in Spain, just south of Alicante in Guardamar, is currently up for sale but may be available for short term rental up to the end of June '07. We can also offer for rental the 'Sunny Beach' apartment in 'up and coming' Bulgaria.  The Bansko property, also in Bulgaria, is a ski apartment that will be available from Winter 2008. Finally, we have a 4 bedroom townhouse in the award winning Regal Palms Resort & Spa which is only 10 minutes from Disney World in Florida.
