The property comprises of:
Bedroom 1: Double bed, air conditioning, access to
balcony.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds, also air conditioned with
access to balcony.
2 Bathrooms:
One with bath/shower, WC, bidet, wash hand basin and hair
dryer, the other with shower, WC and wash hand basin. |
Kitchen:
hob,
oven, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing
machine, iron and ironing board.
Lounge: Air conditioned, 3 seater sofa bed. Two
seater sofa, TV (to watch videos only, various supplied)
and CD player.
Dining Area: Extendable table and chairs seating
up to 6 people.
Sun Terrace: Two sun loungers and cold shower.
Housekeeping: Towels and bed linen provided (beach
towels to be supplied by occupants). The property will
be cleaned ready for your
arrival. Additional mid term cleaning is available at
an additional cost - please ask for further information.

Front terrace with table and chairs, secure off road parking
and shared pool - just two mins walk from the villa. |

Changeover day is usually on a Saturday, but this can be
flexible. Long Term lets considered.
A £100 non-refundable deposit is required on booking with
the balance to be settled 6 weeks prior to date of arrival.
An additional £100 security deposit is required at this
time, which is refundable on return of the keys and
confirmation of no damage or excessive cleaning being
required.
